REBECKA JOHANSSON
CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Rebecka Johansson is a reflective, warm and empathic clinical psychologist who is passionate about mental health and relationships. Rebecka is originally from Sweden but has been based in Sydney since 2013. She has a background in clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, and coaching psychology.
In her clinical practice, Rebecka aims to create a safe space where you feel supported and understood while developing increased insight into yourself and your circumstances. Rebecka is highly reflective in nature and adaptive to individual needs and preferences in treatment approaches, always aiming for therapy to be meaningful and effective. Developing strong therapeutic relationships is pivotal to Rebecka.
WORKING WITH COUPLES
Rebecka is passionate about relationships. She has undertaken extensive training in couple therapy and is trained in two different couple therapy modalities; Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) and Gottman Method. She passionately and skillfully assists couples to increase insight into their relationship and to collaboratively understand and address problems within the relationship.
